As an impressionist painter he is known for light-filled landscapes of Martha's Vinyard, Nantucket, Cape Ann and the north shore of Boston. Corso's impressionism is influenced by the work of William Merritt Chase, Edmund C. Tarbell and especially by John Singer Sargeant. Corso attempts to lay down in paint that which he sees in a sure confident manner. He paints on location in Nantucket and Martha's Vinyard Massachusetts. Signature at l/r corner.
